Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

 

GENERAL RETURN RULES

• Returns are made within 14 days. You will receive your money within this period in the same way as how you paid.
• Items must be unused, complete, in original condition, in original packaging
• Received incorrect products? Always check your order before using it. The products may not be illegally put into use and subsequently registered for return
• In the event of damage or incomplete articles, the products will not be
• If an item has to be exchanged due to an error on our part or due to a defect, the costs are of course for our account
• To use the return process, the enclosed return form must be completed in full
• We understand that you want to take a good look at and evaluate the product, but do not open it for any reason or twist any.
